Single Source / Integrated Supply Contacts

Single source agreements offer customers considerable time and cost saving benefits as they require Transmark Fcx to supply the required product without themselves having to raise multiple enquiries. In such agreements we decide with the customer on the level of service required such as a minimum level of stock to be held at our warehouses for their exclusive use or delivery to site three times a day. This allows them to reduce or eliminate their own stockholding of valves, freeing up warehouse space and releasing working capital for use in other parts of the business.

Our performance in meeting the agreed service levels is monitored through the presentation to customers of a monthly or quarterly report showing our performance against a set of pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
